Paolo Aliatis is a London-based co-living entrepreneur with over a decade of experience. As a founder of several rent-to-rent operations in London, he has managed over 10,000 tenants between 2011 and 2021. Paolo sees Dubai's potential to revolutionize co-living and brings his experienced London team to succeed in the Dubai market.
William has worked in development both in the UK, and abroad for the past 15 years, and has extensive experience in land acquisition, planning and project management.
MHD Ali Aldada is the Co-Founder of Noumou Properties, a top real estate firm in Dubai, and Horizon Solutions Management, a consultancy for restaurant management. With over 15 years of experience across the UAE, Middle East, and Europe, he has driven significant growth in real estate, hospitality, and food & beverage sectors, excelling in project management and operational efficiency.
Frosina, with 12 years of acquisition experience in Marbella, London, and Dubai, brings expertise in identifying property opportunities, driving growth and success in the competitive co-living market.
Having gained extensive international experience in audit, taxation and advisory with companies such as Grant Thornton International and PMC, Lina is responsible for Co-Living Group’s financial strategy.
Armend is an IT professional, full-stack developer and software architect. He is responsible for the creation of our Co-Living software & platform that has been developed and operated over the last 12 years and tested with thousands of co-living tenants in hundreds of different properties.
Trevor is the founder of Shakticola, a leading design and build, project management company. Specialising in the delivery of exceptional houses and hotels, he has extensive experience in construction, and interiors in Barcelona, Colombo and London.
